Shipping Policy

How Do We Ship: We ship products to you directly from Varanasi, ensuring prompt delivery. Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks at our facility before being carefully packed and dispatched to you. Please refer to the “Shipping Time/Delivery Time” displayed on the product screen for the estimated arrival of your item.

  1. Processing Time:

    • Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving full payment.
    • Pre-Orders: For items on pre-order, please allow an additional 15-25 days for processing. Certain products that require dyeing or custom coloring may take an additional 5-7 days to prepare before shipping.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • Unfortunately, we do not offer full cash on delivery (COD) service. For COD orders, we require partial payment in advance. After placing your order, we will send a WhatsApp or email link for making the advance payment. Once the advance payment is received, your order will be processed and delivered within 2-3 business days under normal conditions. Transit time is estimated to be 5-9 days depending on your location.
    • Note: If we do not receive your advance payment within 3 days, we will have to cancel your COD (Cash on Delivery) order.
  3. Shipping Methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed and delivered on the next working day.
    • Express Worldwide Shipping: Estimated delivery within 6-9 days to most countries worldwide.
  4. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.


INDIAN CUSTOMERS

  1. Free Shipping: Shipping within India is free.

  2. Delivery Partners: DTDC, Sky King, Shree Maruti Courier and Delhivery

  3. Processing Time: Indian wear takes a lot of intricacy in manufacturing, and we typically take 7-8 working days to dispatch your order. Once dispatched, the delivery is usually made within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your products reach you on time.

  4. Pre-Orders: Made-on-order (pre-order) products may take 15-25 working days or sometimes even longer to dispatch. Products are dispatched as soon as they are ready. We do not wait for the entire order to be completed before shipping items that are ready.

  5. Tracking Information: As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information will be sent via email. Occasionally, due to software upgrades, this notification may not be sent.

  6. Out-of-Stock Items: If there is a delay due to out-of-stock products, we will notify you via email. You may choose to wait, select alternate products, or opt for store credit, a refund, or an exchange.

  7. COD Confirmation: For COD orders, our customer representatives will call to confirm your order within 1 working day.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  1. Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

  2. Prepaid Orders Only: We only accept prepaid orders for international customers. If a COD order is placed for international shipping, it will be automatically canceled.

  3. Processing Time: For international orders, we typically take 10-20 business days to dispatch the order. Pre-order items may take 20-25 business days for dispatch. Orders are shipped only when all products are ready.

  4. Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery time varies depending on the destination country and shipping partner.

  5. Duties & Taxes: VAT, import duties, and local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are in addition to the product and shipping price and are required to release the shipment from customs. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer, who can then clear these directly upon receiving the package.

  6. Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.


Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address with a valid phone number and email address for delivery.

Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer due to increased order volumes. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to collect the package from the carrier, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
